Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of everydayprompt.ai, The Everyday Prompt newsletter, and anything you buy from us. "We," "us," and "The Everyday Prompt" mean Mollicone Enterprises LLC, 12407 N Mopac Expy, Suite 250-511, Austin, TX 78758. By subscribing, buying, or using the site, you agree to these terms.

1. What we offer

  • The free newsletter: a weekly email with practical AI tips and prompts.
  • Digital products: downloadable prompt packs, workflow kits, and bundles.
  • Custom builds: prompts and workflows we write for your situation from an intake form you fill in.

2. Accounts and email

You need a valid email address to subscribe or buy. Keep your login details to yourself. You can unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it.

3. Payments

  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Sales tax is added where required.
  • Your card statement will show EVERYDAYPROMPT.
  • Discount codes have the terms stated with them, can't be combined unless we say so, and have no cash value.

4. Digital products and your license

When you buy a pack or kit, you get a personal, non-transferable license to:

  • use the prompts and workflows for yourself, your household, and your own business, including in work you do for your clients;
  • edit and adapt them however you like.

You may not resell, share, or publish the pack itself (or large parts of it) as your own product, or post the files publicly. Teams: one purchase covers one business location with up to 5 people. Ask us about larger teams.

5. Custom builds

  • After you pay, you fill in an intake form. Delivery times (2, 3, or 5 business days, depending on the tier) start once we receive a complete form.
  • Builds are written deliverables (documents and instructions). There are no calls or meetings, and we never log into your accounts.
  • Builds are created with the help of AI tools and reviewed against our quality checklist.
  • One round of revisions is included if you ask within 14 days of delivery.
  • We may decline any request, for example one that's illegal, harmful, or needs professional legal, medical, tax, or financial advice. If we decline, you get a full refund.
  • You own the delivered build and can use it in your business. We may keep an anonymized copy to improve our work and will never publish your details.

6. What AI can and can't do

Our prompts help you use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Copilot. These tools can make mistakes. You're responsible for checking anything AI produces before you use, send, or publish it. Nothing we publish is legal, medical, tax, financial, or investment advice. Third-party AI tools are run by their providers under their own terms and pricing.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use our content or services to break the law, harm others, send spam, or infringe anyone's rights. Don't try to break, overload, or scrape the site.

8. Our content

Everything we publish (newsletters, packs, site content, and branding) belongs to Mollicone Enterprises LLC except where noted. You're welcome to quote and share a newsletter issue with a link back to us.

9. Sponsors

Some issues include sponsored content, which is always labeled "Sponsored." We don't control sponsors' products, and your dealings with them are between you and them.

11. Disclaimers and limits

Our content and products are provided "as is." We don't promise any particular result. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we'll post them here and email paying customers. Continuing to use our services after the update means you accept it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Travis County, Texas, unless the law requires otherwise. Before filing anything, please email us so we can try to fix it.
