Refund Policy

We want everything you buy from The Everyday Prompt to earn its place. Here's how refunds work, in plain English.

Prompt packs, kits, and the Everything Bundle

• 14-day, no-questions-asked refund. If a pack doesn't help, reply to your delivery email (or email [email protected]) within 14 days of purchase. We'll refund you in full.
• You don't have to explain or return anything. We just ask that you delete the files.
• Bundle refunds are all or nothing within the 14 days.

Custom builds

• Full refund if we decline your request, or if you never send the intake form (email us within 30 days of payment).
• 25% back automatically if we miss the delivery date we promised (counted from when we receive your complete intake form).
• After delivery, you get one round of revisions within 14 days instead of a refund. If we still can't get it right, email us and we'll work it out fairly.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. They usually show up in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Stripe's processing fees aren't returned to us, but you still get your full payment back.

Discount codes

Purchases with a discount code are refunded at the amount you actually paid.

Chargebacks

Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. It's faster, and we'll refund anything that falls within this policy.
