Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 21, 2026
This policy explains what information The Everyday Prompt (Mollicone Enterprises LLC, 12407 N Mopac Expy, Suite 250-511, Austin, TX 78758) collects, why, and what you can do about it. Short version: we collect what we need to send you emails, deliver what you buy, and improve the newsletter. We don't sell your personal information.
1. What we collect
- When you subscribe: your email address, and optionally your name and how you heard about us.
- When you buy: your name, email, billing country/ZIP, and what you bought. Stripe handles your card details. We never see or store your full card number.
- When you order a custom build: your intake form answers. Please don't include passwords, customer lists, or sensitive personal data. If you do by accident, we remove it before building.
- When you email us: your message and email address.
- Automatically: basic technical and usage data, such as your browser, device, approximate location (from your IP address), pages viewed, and whether you open emails or click links.
2. Analytics, email tracking, and cookies
- Our site and newsletter run on beehiiv. beehiiv measures email opens and link clicks (using tracking pixels and tracked links) and site visits, so we can see which issues and prompts are useful.
- beehiiv and Stripe use cookies and similar technology to keep you signed in, remember preferences, prevent fraud, and measure traffic. Stripe's checkout uses cookies for fraud prevention.
- Some issues carry ads placed through the beehiiv Ad Network, which may measure clicks on those ads. beehiiv may use cookies or similar technology to do this.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and block email images to limit open tracking. Parts of the site and checkout may not work without essential cookies.
3. How we use it
- To send the newsletter and other emails you signed up for
- To process payments and deliver products and custom builds
- To answer your questions and handle refunds
- To understand what's working and improve our content
- To prevent fraud and meet legal and tax obligations
We use AI tools to help write content and custom builds. Custom build intake answers may be processed by AI providers. Where a provider offers it, we use settings or plans that don't let them train on your data. We remove sensitive data first.
4. Who we share it with
Only with services that help us run the business, and only what they need:
- beehiiv: newsletter, website, and analytics
- Stripe: payments, receipts, and fraud prevention
- Resend: to email your purchase and download links
- Cloudflare: to host and deliver your download files
- Tally: to collect custom build intake forms
- AI providers: to help create custom builds (with sensitive data removed)
- Authorities: if the law requires it
Sponsors never receive your personal information. We only share totals, such as subscriber count and clicks.
We don't sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under US state privacy laws.
5. How long we keep it
- Subscriber data: until you unsubscribe, plus a short period for suppression lists so we don't email you again
- Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting law requires (typically 7 years)
- Custom build intake: up to 12 months after delivery, then deleted or anonymized
6. Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe with one click at the bottom of any email.
- Access, correct, or delete your information by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days. Some records (like purchases) we may need to keep by law.
- Depending on your state (for example California, Colorado, Virginia, or Texas), you may have additional rights. Email us to use them, and we won't treat you differently for asking.
7. Security
We use reputable providers, two-factor authentication on our accounts, and keep access to your data limited. No system is perfectly secure, so please email us if you notice anything wrong.
8. Children
Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we'll delete it.
9. Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and let subscribers know.
